Lessons From Bounty Club
Integrated Rehab and Performance Center had the opportunity to work with Bounty Club to help members and guests warm up, address pain, and pinpoint performance limitations before their September member-guest. We have done this with countless other local clubs, and I have even written about some lessons I have learned while doing so. Check out those articles below... But what did I learn while assisting the members and guests at Bounty Club? The primary takeaway... golf is a community. Golf brings us together, from all over, to speak the same language and experience the golf course.

The golf experience
Bounty club itself brings a unique experience, but the golf trip, golf weekend, and club events like the member-guest bring golfers together to enjoy their shared passion. At Bounty Club, members and guests flew in from across the United States to play. To experience the course. To be with like-minded people.
While there, I certainly saw some trends like I had in the article above (especially a higher than normal rate of external rotation restrictions at the hip), but the most compelling theme was how far and wide golfers came to be a part of this weekend at this new course. It was a fantastic reminder of why we invest in our health. So we can make these trips, feel good about our performance, and be able to enjoy our time instead of suffer. The Bounty Club member-guest reminded me of an important lesson that I have written about before... Let golf be the catalyst!
We can leverage our love for the game to improve our relationships, like I saw during this event. We can leverage golf to inspire us to seek pain and injury intervention. We can leverage golf to invest in fitness and longevity. All so we can play the game, better, for longer, with the people we care about.
Let golf be the catalyst
Check out this article below on how you can let your love for golf be the catalyst for a pain free, longer, and better scoring life. Investing in golf performance and longevity is investing in yourself, your family, and your future!
