I've been an avid golfer for most of my life, but a few years ago, I began experiencing severe pain that significantly limited my ability to play. It got to the point where I had to stop playing altogether, which was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I tried various treatments, but nothing seemed to provide lasting relief.

I had been hesitant to seek more comprehensive care for a few reasons. First, I was worried about the time commitment and whether the treatments would be effective. Additionally, I had heard mixed reviews about different rehabilitation centers and wasn't sure who to trust with my health and well-being.

However, everything changed when I decided to give Integrated Rehab and Performance Center a try. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Dr. Nick took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition. He developed a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs and goals, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

The treatments I received at Integrated Rehab and Performance Center were nothing short of amazing. Through a combination of physical therapy, strength training, and specialized techniques, my pain began to diminish, and my mobility improved significantly. I was able to get back on the golf course, playing the sport I love without any pain holding me back. I even went on to shoot the lowest round of my life after!

What truly sets Integrated Rehab and Performance Center apart is their holistic approach and genuine care for their patients. They didn't just treat my symptoms; they focused on addressing the root cause of my pain and helping me build a stronger, healthier body overall.

If you're hesitant about seeking care, I can't recommend Integrated Rehab and Performance Center enough. They have transformed my life and helped me reclaim my passion for golf. Don't let fear or uncertainty hold you back—this team of professionals is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life. Take that first step, and you'll be glad you did!

I bought a service package from Dr. Nick because I was feeling a little tight and restricted in my mobility at age 34. My goal is to be able to golf at a high level and maintain an adequate level of functional mobility throughout my lifetime.

Dr. Nick validated what I was feeling and quickly put together a custom training program based on my goals. After just 2 months I have significantly improved my mobility and Dr. Nick has equipped me with knowledge to maintain the growth we've achieved together. Highly recommend this service to any golfer in the Brentwood or surrounding areas.

Dr Nick does a great job taking a measured approach to improving mobility. I recently completed 3 months of his program and have seen improvements in the hip, shoulder and lumbar range of motion.

These changes have allowed me to play, practice and do speed training more often with less pain. The in-person sessions are great but he also has easy to follow drills on his app. I'm looking forward to more sessions and improvement this year!

Working with Dr. Nick has been an incredible experience! I’ve seen several practitioners over the years for recurring low back, knee, and foot pain—issues that have consistently impacted my golf game. What sets Dr. Nick apart is his golf-specific expertise and comprehensive approach. He thoroughly evaluated not just my physical condition, but also my swing mechanics and overall biomechanics, which made a huge difference.

My ultimate goal was to enjoy golf without being distracted by pain or tightness—and I’m thrilled to say I've made tremendous progress. Dr. Nick’s specialized, detail-oriented treatment is truly one of a kind and has finally addressed the issues I’ve struggled with for years.

I was born with club feet which led to back spasms over the last 30+ years. I have long believed those are connected and that my body has been compensating in many ways to keep me upright and to play golf. For years I have been searching for practitioners who recognize the entire Musco skeletal system is integrated and don't just look at my back then tell me to do more core work and stretching. Dr. Nick is among the few I found who focuses on how the whole-body functions and interacts, and the only one who ties it to improving my golf swing.

When I used AI Deep Research to find anyone who has worked with or researched people with foot deformities and their impact on the golf swing, Dr. Nick was the top hit. As soon as we spoke about his program it was obvious I needed to travel to Nashville to work with him, and he didn't disappoint. His assessment confirmed my belief that my foot issues are root causes for my back and my golf issues, and he was immediately able to get some body parts working and moving that hadn't been engaged in years. Combined with the golf lessons Dr. Nick arranged I have more confidence in where my game is going than ever before.

This program is targeted at golfers who are in pain, injured, hurt, and/or have restricted mobility. I believe any golfer serious about their game would benefit from seeing Dr. Nick; even if not hurt or compensating now, there is no doubt he could identify and treat underlying issues before they become problems. I am sure it won't be long before he is working regularly with a number of Tour players.
